Before you book
There is no charge for submitting a website enquiry. Each quotation must set out its payment schedule, cancellation deadlines, any non-refundable components and supplier conditions before you pay. We do not use one blanket cancellation percentage for every trip.
How to request a cancellation
Email ops@skyprimehospitality.com with your name, booking reference, travel date and services you wish to cancel. You may also contact +91 84312 34402. Ask for written acknowledgement. Any time-based deadline uses the timezone specified in your booking documents.
Calculating a refund
Refund eligibility depends on the accepted booking schedule, work already supplied and documented supplier charges, subject to applicable law. We will explain deductions in writing. Taxes and unused amounts will be treated according to the applicable rules. We will not invent an undisclosed cancellation fee after booking.
If a supplier or Skyprime changes the trip
We will explain material changes, available alternatives and cancellation or refund options. If a group departure cannot proceed because a disclosed minimum is not reached, the options in the agreed booking terms apply. Supplier delays do not remove your statutory rights or our own responsibilities.
Timing and payment method
Once an eligible refund is approved, we will confirm the amount, method and expected processing date in writing and keep you informed of any supplier-related delay. Refunds should normally return to the original payer through the original method where possible. No fixed refund turnaround is promised before the relevant supplier process is known.
No-shows and unused services
Missing a flight, arriving late or choosing not to use a confirmed service may trigger the disclosed supplier conditions. Contact us promptly so we can check alternatives and any recoverable amounts. Statutory remedies remain available.
Concerns about a decision
If you disagree with a calculation, email ops@skyprimehospitality.com with the booking reference and your concern. We will review the documents and explain our response. Last updated: 12 October 2026.
